What To Expect

Curious About Who We Are?

Get to Know Riverwood

Riverwood Chapel has gathered in Kent since 1991 with a mission to know Jesus, be known, and make Him known. Scripture anchors every message. The atmosphere is casual and warm without being flashy.

There are no fog machines or concert-style lighting. What you will find is a community that takes the Bible seriously and takes itself lightly.

This is a place where families worship together, college students from Kent State find community, and people in every season of life take real steps of faith. Jesus is the reason this church exists, and you are the reason the doors stay open every Sunday.
